Recognition
See women as capable public-facing helpers, not only invisible home managers.
About CarryWomen
CarryWomen is a Bengaluru startup building women-powered shopping assistance for busy markets, family shopping days, festive runs, and everyday errands where comfort and trust matter.
CarryWomen is the service. WomenCarry is the belief behind it: women already carry homes, families, care, memory, planning, and strength. We want that work to be seen, respected, and paid.
Alongside, not against
CarryWomen is an independent Bengaluru startup. We are not affiliated with CarryMen, and we do not position ourselves as a direct competitor. The need is larger than one brand: shoppers need support, workers need dignity, and cities need more choices.
Our hope is simple. CarryMen, CarryWomen, stores, market associations, and local communities can all work toward the same goal: safer help, fairer work, and gender equality in everyday public spaces.
We respect any service that reduces a shopper's physical load. CarryWomen adds a women-first option for customers who prefer it and for women who deserve visible, paid opportunities in the assistance economy.
Gender equality continuum snapshot
Gender equality is not a single poster or promise. It is a continuous shift in how people see work, safety, comfort, and leadership in daily life.
See women as capable public-facing helpers, not only invisible home managers.
Give women and girls the choice of a verified woman assistant when that feels better.
Turn everyday care, patience, strength, and market knowledge into income.
Make public assistance feel normal, respectful, and inclusive for everyone.
Work with local partners so gender equality becomes daily practice.
Why women-first assistance matters
Many delivery and assistance roles are still imagined as male by default. For some women, girls, mothers, and families, close shopping support from a verified woman can feel more comfortable, especially in crowded lanes, trial-room waits, evening purchases, or family errands.
When people hear "delivery person" or "assistant," they often imagine a man. CarryWomen changes that picture with trained women in visible, respected roles.
Women carry emotional and physical workload every day. We are with you, turning that strength into choice, income, and recognition.
Shoppers get a comfort-first option. CarryWomen get local work that values reliability, care, patience, communication, and Bengaluru market knowledge.
